I've spent my career as a software engineer across InsurTech, HealthTech, and more. I led an engineering team for a couple of years, and while I stepped back from management, I've kept the parts I loved: mentoring others, and building things that matter.
A bit about me
I've spent my career building software at the intersection of complex industries and real human problems. InsurTech, HealthTech, food logistics. Different problems, same instinct: find what's broken and fix it properly. I've led engineering teams, shipped products used by thousands, and learned what it takes to go from idea to production.
For a couple of years I moved into engineering management in InsurTech. I'm glad I did it. I loved the people side, and mentoring others is something I genuinely enjoy and still do. But I missed building things, so I stepped back into individual contributor work. Now I spend my time solving problems. On the side I'm building recruitment technology, because hiring is broken.
What I'm building
Job boards, candidate applications, and job alert tracking, all managed from a simple dashboard. Recruitment companies can set up their brand, copy, and live jobs in minutes with no technical knowledge needed.
